Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, to be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
a. If the Item purchased was brand new in the wrapper it must be returned unused and in original condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
b. If the item purchased was second hand it must be returned in the exact condition it was received.
c. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Customer Support: Contact our customer support team at info@mega-golf.co.uk to request a return (please provide your order number) and obtain specific return instructions.
b. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, including all original accessories and packaging.
c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refund Options
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we offer the following refund options:
a. Full Refund: If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
b. Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for the purchase amount, which can be used for future orders valid for 12 months.
Please note ; Any product customisations such as adding a new grip or adjusting the length is non-refundable.
