Delivery Methods
We offer the following delivery methods:

a. Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery option is available for all products and is completely free of charge. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

b. Express Delivery: For customers who need their orders expedited, we offer express delivery for an additional fee (£4.99).

Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed before 9AM will be dispatched on the same working day. Our standard delivery option aims to deliver products within 2-3 working days, while the express delivery option aims for delivery within 1-2 working days.

Please be aware that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Areas
We offer delivery services to the United Kingdom and Ireland, using Parcelforce for deliveries to England, Scotland & Wales. 

Republic of Ireland deliveries are handled by GLS on behalf of FastwayNI.

If your location is not within our delivery area, please contact our customer support team at info@mega-golf.co.uk to inquire about alternative delivery options or availability.

Import Duty / Tax
Good news for our customers in the UK and Ireland: you won’t have to worry about any import duties or taxes on your deliveries. The price you see is the final price you pay.

Signature Requirements
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery. If you are not available to sign for your delivery, our delivery provider may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup at a designated location.

Order Tracking
For your convenience, we offer order tracking for all deliveries. You will receive tracking information via email allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
